Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and 55mw ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 55mw website, mobile application, and all services offered through them. By creating an account on 55mw, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

Account Registration

Each person may hold only one (1) active account on 55mw. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and any other details requested. Your mobile number will be verified via OTP (one-time password) as part of the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered number. Do not share your credentials with any other person. 55mw will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.

55mw reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its discretion if the account is found to be in violation of these Terms or if the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.

KYC Identity Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification is required before your first withdrawal and may also be requested at any other time at 55mw's discretion. KYC is completed online through your account dashboard by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and any other documents requested.

Acceptable documents typically include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or other government-issued identification. The specific documents accepted will be confirmed within the verification process.

• Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent documents during KYC is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
• Until KYC is approved, withdrawals are not permitted regardless of the account balance.
• 55mw may place a temporary hold on account funds while a KYC review is in progress.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 55mw — including deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings — are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). No other currency is accepted or processed by the platform.

Deposits are made through the Cashier section of your account. Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking and local bank transfers. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on 55mw under any circumstances.

Withdrawals are processed to your verified Philippine bank account in PHP. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal destination must be a bank account registered in your own name matching your verified 55mw account details.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

In the event of a voided bet, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance. Winnings from voided bets are not paid out. All decisions regarding bet voidance by 55mw are final.
